For starters, don’t over-stage your welcome. There are two crucial reasons for limiting the amount of staging you do, that is spatial awareness and visual representation. The goal should be to enhance the home’s features and size, and the more you put in a room, the smaller it becomes.Â Another thing to not do is neglect the little things. When it is all said and done, buyers still need a blank canvas, something that allows them envision their own family living there. Staging is just a catalyst to spark their imagination.Â Last, but certainly not least, don’t take anything personally. Remove yourself and your sellers from the equation entirely.
